Back to the Dragons layout - hoping they return to the AFL, worst case to the af2.

Unfortunate Result

Well, the game didn't end like we would have wanted (if you were on Warner's side of things). It was a great game, and it sparked talks of Kurt possibly going to the Hall of Fame. While he may have lost this one, his story is one of the best the NFL has to offer - and hopefully it will be inshrined in Canton.

Warner's future is uncertain - he says he needs a short break from football to see where his mind is at. Reports say he is looking for a two year deal if he does in fact want to sign with a team.

Still a great season, and I hope Kurt finds it in himself to try for one more shot!

What a game! I was really pulling for the Cards. They just left too much time on the clock for the Steelers to have a shot to score.

Given the fact that Harrison's face planted at the one and the "fumble" at the end (of course his arm is going forward) never gave Warner a final hail mary shot, I refuse to recognize the legitimacy of the Steelers victory.

I think Warner retained possession as his arm was moving forward even though the ball was in a different position than it was when he started the throw.

That Harrison play really took some wind out of me - but his actions later were ridiculous. When he was punching that player and shoving him to the ground continuously on the punt return, that was just embarrassing for the Steelers. Should have been an ejection.
